ToolBoost.dev is a platform that provides Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations and infrastructure services. We reserve the right to withdraw or amend this service, and any service or material we provide on the Service, in our sole discretion without notice.

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for keeping your account information current.

Paid services are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time with 30 days notice.

The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of ToolBoost.dev and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

8. Service Availability
